How do I request an invoice?

You can request an invoice in two different ways, depending on the Lickd music purchase:

'Premium' Chart Music License

To request a chart music invoice, please contact us using the "Submit a request" link in the top right-hand corner of this page and state the order number that it relates to.

Lickd Creator Subscription

To access your subscription invoice(s), simply log-in to your Lickd account and visit your My Account > Plans & Billing section. 

Your My Account area can be found by clicking here, or alternatively clicking your account picture in the top right-hand corner, or the burger menu (3 lines in the top right-hand corner) and then your account name.

You will find a 'Manage my subscription' area which will allow you to access invoices for previous monthly payments:
